Tell us the circuit and the numbers and we size the heater. The form below carries the fields a quote needs; fill in what you know and leave the rest. An application specialist reads every request and comes back with a construction, materials and a price.
These are the items sales needs to price a heater without a long phone call. Each one changes the shell, the surface or the gasket, so the more of them you send the closer the first quote lands.
Send the nameplate or the OEM model designation, the connection sizes and the shell or frame dimensions that have to be met. If the old unit was a hot-water generator on the rinse and sanitize water, add the rinse gpm and the temperature it must reach at the return.
Photographs of the nameplate and the connections save a round of questions. Say whether you want the complete heater or only a new bundle or plate pack to fit what is already in place.
After You Send It
An application specialist checks the circuit, the concentration and the temperatures against the steam you have. Missing figures are filled from standard values and flagged so you can correct them before anything is built.
Steam-to-solution goes shell-and-tube with steam in the tubes; recovery and modest-pressure hot water go gasketed plate. The gasket is matched to the chemical, with the acid step called out rather than assumed.
Duty in Btu/h, steam approach and a solution-side fouling allowance of 0.001–0.002 set the surface. We also check that the bundle can be pulled or the plate pack opened in the room you have.
The quotation states construction, materials, elastomer, rating, connections and price, with every assumption written out. Questions go back to the same specialist who sized it.
